The Positive Discipline Parent Educator program offers a structured approach to leading experiential parenting groups based on Positive Discipline principles. Participants learn research-based tools for teaching kind and firm discipline, facilitating parent classes effectively, and using experiential exercises to empower parents in teaching their children. The program emphasizes practical applications in group settings, parenting classes, and individual work with families.

EMPOWERING PEOPLE IN THE WORKPLACE
The Empowering People in the Workplace program is designed for professionals who value respectful and collaborative work environments. Participants will gain systems and tools to foster mutual respect and productivity, with a focus on Positive Discipline principles and Adlerian Psychology. POSITIVE DISCIPLINE IN THE CLASSROOM
The Positive Discipline in the Classroom workshop is a two-day interactive program designed for educators seeking an effective discipline approach that integrates social and emotional learning and reduces challenging student behaviors. Participants will earn recognition as a Certified Positive Discipline Classroom Educator and learn to develop a teaching toolbox of kind and firm discipline approaches, establish classroom structures, foster mutual respect, understand student behavior motivations, facilitate effective class meetings, and apply Positive Discipline and Adlerian Psychology in their educational settings. This workshop provides professional development for educators to implement Positive Discipline in their school or classroom environment.
